Dr Jones is a very personable, understanding and supportive GP with an excellent manner.
Some reception staff are not very polite and a little abrupt which can be challenging, especially when booking in about a challenging issue.
Appointments with my Dr can be difficult to book.

Immediate appt at 9:30 phoned at 8:30 on same day. Appt on time Dr and receptionist extremely helpful.

Care not good.
2 week wait for appointment then 2 weeks wait for referral ultrasound then 2 weeks to see doctor then sent for X-ray hospital. 2 weeks wait then for doctors result then 12 weeks wait for physio - never seeing the same doctor now waiting for referral to East Surrey for Dr Maurice and the list goes on with my problems.
